Sada Cruzeiro recover FIVB Men’s Club World Championship crown
Betim, Brazil, October 31, 2015 - After a one-edition drought, Sada Cruzeiro from Brazil went back to winning a medal at the FIVB Men’s Club World Championship and it was the best possible, as the host team clawed a remarkable gold medal over Russian powerhouse Zenit Kazan, winning on home soil 3-1 (25-20, 21-25, 27-25, 25-21) on a thrilling Saturday.

Twelve teams to compete in World League Group 3
Lausanne, Switzerland, October 29, 2015 - The FIVB is pleased to announce that twelve teams will compete in FIVB Volleyball World League Group 3 in 2016 with Chinese Taipei, Germany, Slovenia and Qatar joining Greece, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Montenegro, Puerto Rico, Spain, Tunisia, and Venezuela. As a result, the World League will feature a record 36 teams for the first time in the history of the competition.

2016 FIVB World Tour update following FIVB Antalya Open
Lausanne, Switzerland, October 26, 2015 - Holding the last of two double-gender events on the 2015 portion of the 2016 calendar last week, the Fédération Internationale de Volleyball (FIVB) now takes two weeks off from the 2016 FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour.
