Nantong, China, June 25, 2017 – Shuhui Wen and Xinyi Xia defeated Xinxin Wang and Chen Xue, 2-0 (21-18, 21-14) in an all-China final at the 2017 FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour, Silk Tour Nantong Open.

Brno / Ceske Budejovice, Czech Republic, June 25, 2017 – Miguel David Gutierrez made a very strong showing in the crucial match between Cuba and Turkey that had to send one of these two teams among the best eight of the FIVB Volleyball Men’s U21 World Championship. Gutierrez’s phenomenal all-round scoring performance brought him 24 points and left his Caribbean team in contention for the medals. The last spot for the next stage in Brno went to China.
 
FOUR COUNTRIES NET WILD CARD SLOTS FOR FIVB BEACH VOLLEYBALL WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS
 
Lausanne, Switzerland, June 23, 2017 - The FIVB announced here Friday that teams from Austria, Brazil, Germany and the Netherlands have received wild card entries for the international federation’s Beach Volleyball World Championships to be played July 28 through August 6 in Vienna, Austria.
